Here is a collection of images I’ve created and collected when not working on real projects. Sometimes I’ll go out for my lunch break with my sketchbook. As I sit, I’ll let my mind wander and then sketch whatever strikes my fancy. As I tell my daughter, I’ll look in my head, and if anything interesting is laying about, I’ll pull it out and put it on the page. Later, I’ll go through the pages and ink the lines. Later still, I’ll breeze through the pages. If I like any, I’ll finish them in various mediums. Some I’ll scan in and color with various programs like Freehand, Illustrator or Photoshop. Others I’ll reproduce in various traditional painting mediums like watercolor or acrylics.

It’s great fun and keeps me out of trouble. Plus it’s a great way to learn new things.

I hope you like them!

Let me know if you would like me to make one for you.
